Ordering Terms
You can make an order in the Catalogue section of the site or by sending an email to KadysBows@gmail.com
To make an order in the Catalogue section of the site (24/7), you need to choose an item and add it to the Cart. Go to the Cart and check your order. If everything is correct, click the"Checkout" button, fill out required fields in the form and click the "Place Order" button.
If you choose an item that is not in stock or you decide to order an exclusive bow from "KadysBows" company, send us an email to KadysBows@gmail.com with your requirements. We will discuss your ideas and agree upon details of your order.
We provide a warranty for our bows up to 5 years on condition of the proper use. Any changes in the bow's construction made by a client cancel the warranty. The warranty does not include bows with the draw weight that exceeds 65#.
The period of making the order is from 1 month. This time depends on the complexity of the order and the workload.
The work on the order starts after making a prepayment in the amount of 30% of the total cost or after making a full payment of the order.
The order is shipped only after the full payment.

Shipping
Orders within Ukraine are delivered with "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta" postal services. International deliveries are shipped by «EMS» service.
Shipping of the delivery is not included in the cost of the order and is paid separately. You can find out an estimated cost of the shipping on the sites of the postal companies.
"KadysBows" company does not take the responsibility for delivery delays caused by postal services, couriers as well as unforeseen events and weather conditions.
